The WAKANDA’S framework is a representative ecosystem of the eight WAKANDA’S environments that are integrated together with the goal of transforming economies and people. It serves as a planning tool for sustainable smart city developments, and urban renewal projects. Most cities do not use an ecosystem approach in designing and managing smart city projects, perhaps due to the popular focus on technology deployment than on lifestyle and economic transformation.
