To achieve the primary goal of human and economic impact, WAKANDA’S sustainable smart city developments must be propelled by Anchor projects. By definition, Anchor projects are projects that are backed by the smart city project Sponsor; meaning that the Sponsor is the one that co-develops, and raises capital for such projects.
